These are pictures taken in Black & White by Edward Weston. They are all natural objects photographed in unnatural situations. The black and white contrast with each other. The objects are photographed in a way with makes them look surreal. They look smooth and waxy. The pictures are taken very close to the objects so there is nothing to compare the size of the objects to, there is no scale.

To start my still life project, i chose to photograph pins in different places. I used natural light in all the photos mainly coming through a window near by.
